Welcome to lmenus, operated by Atlas Vertex Technologies. By accessing or using our digital menu platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

lmenus provides a digital menu platform that enables restaurants and food service businesses to create, manage, and display their menus digitally. Our service includes menu creation tools, QR code generation, analytics, and multi-language support.

Account Registration and Use

When you create an account with lmenus, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Use the service only for lawful business purposes

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Use the service to transmit spam or malicious code
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the menu content, images, and descriptions you upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to display, store, and process your content to provide the service.

Our Platform

The lmenus platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Atlas Vertex Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Payment and Subscription

Subscription terms include:

  • Monthly or annual billing cycles as selected
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing period
  • Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
  • No refunds for partial months or unused service

Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Technical support is available via email during business hours.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Vertex Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, you retain access until the end of your billing period
  • You can export your data before termination

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Morocco.
